We receive a lot of questions from people interested in the benefits of collagen here at AC HQ, so we’ve put together this handy guide to answer some of them. Specifically, who benefits the most from collagen – and when you should take it.

Perhaps one of the most common questions asked by soon-to-be Absoluters is simply this: what’s the best age to take collagen?

In some ways, the best age to take collagen is the exact age you are now!
