Delivery and Returns
At Absolute Collagen, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, however, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Returns
For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day Cooling-Off period and receive a refund.
As our drinkable collagen products are an ingestible supplement, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.
Subject to our detailed terms and conditions which you can find here, we are, of course, able to accept returns of our other Products or if we have processed your order in error - or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before Midnight, the day before your upcoming order date). UK Orders
All first-time orders are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour tracked service or DPD for larger orders. Royal Mail promises a 95% likelihood of next-day delivery but on occasion, it can take up to 5 working days. DPD Next Day service can be used if selected by the customer. DPD Next Day service is not available for the Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey.
For subscription orders, after the initial delivery, these are shipped by Royal Mail using a 48-hour service.
We aim to process all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order out the same day.Â
Any orders received on a Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
Please note, delivery time frames may be impacted during the Christmas period.

International Orders
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, for some international countries there is a maximum order quantity of 8 boxes per order.
