ABSOLUTER DISCOUNT PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To reward you for your loyalty, Absolute Collagen has created through its “Absolute Rewards” loyalty reward scheme (link here) the ‘Absoluter Discount Pricing’ for its “Absoluters” (as defined below). This exclusive scheme, (click here) allows an “Absoluter” (as defined below) to benefit from discounted pricing on the Absolute Collagen Deep Lift Skincare Range when they subscribe to any Absolute Collagen skincare products.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, references to the Absoluter Discount Pricing means the discounted pricing which Absoluters (as defined below) are able to benefit from as detailed in the Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms below. Please see below the full terms and conditions for the Absoluter Discount Pricing (the Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms). The Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms incorporate Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here to find those) but to the extent that these sets of terms and conditions conflict, the Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms shall prevail. For example, the provisions on delivery in Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions are overridden where applicable.
Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms:
Please note the following definitions used within these Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms and above:
- “you” and “your” means an Absoluter; and
- “Drink” means Absolute Collagen’s Marine Collagen Liquid Drink for women or Marine Collagen Protein Supplement for men (as applicable).
1) You shall automatically be eligible for Absoluter Discount Pricing if you have an on-going subscription with Laceby Ltd t/a Absolute Collagen (“Absolute Collagen”) in the UK for the Drink for either the 14-day subscription box or the 28-day subscription box (as applicable) (an “Absoluter” for the purposes of these Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms).
If you do not fulfil the above condition, you are not an “Absoluter” and shall not be eligible to receive Absoluter Discount Pricing. For the avoidance of doubt, having an on-going subscription(s) to Absolute Collagen products other than the Drink (e.g. Absolute Collagen skin or haircare products) does not make you an Absoluter.
2) Absolute Collagen shall, via email from the official Absolute Collagen email address, hello@absolutecollagen.com, circulate details about Absoluter Discount Pricing to you or around the date on which you become an Absoluter (the Absoluter Discount Pricing Email). If you are already an Absoluter, you will have already received the Absoluter Discount Pricing Email. Such Absoluter Discount Pricing Email will be sent to the email address you used to subscribe to the Drink. You will automatically be eligible for the Absoluter Discount Pricing if you are an Absoluter subject to these Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms, unless you email: hello@absolutecollagen.com after receiving the Absoluter Discount Pricing Email to advise that you do not wish to benefit from the Absoluter Discount Pricing and
3. Discount Pricing:
a) Subject to clause 12, an Absoluter shall, when the Absoluter subscribes to any product within Absolute Collagen’s Deep Lift Skincare Range, have the benefit of the Absoluter Discount Pricing:
b) Please note that if you are not an Absoluter, but have an on-going subscription with Absolute Collagen in the UK for any product within the Absolute Collagen Deep Lift Skincare Range (a “Skincare Subscription Subscriber”), you are only eligible for the usual “Skincare Subscription” discounted pricing
4) If at any time, the Absoluter cancels all of their subscriptions to the Drink (the date on which the last of those subscriptions is cancelled shall be the “Cancellation Date”):
6) Absolute Collagen reserves all rights to disqualify an Absoluter from the Absoluter Discount Pricing if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Absoluter Discount Pricing.
7) At the time of being eligible for the Absoluter Discount Pricing pursuant to clause 1 above, Absoluters must be UK residents and aged 18 or older.
8) Delivery: Absolute Collagen will post out the skincare products which benefit from the Absoluter Discount Pricing to an Absoluter in accordance with Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here) (the Delivery Period). The dates on which such skincare products will be posted out to an Absoluter shall depend on the Absoluter’s usual Skincare Subscription dates,
9) The Absoluter Discount Pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize, offer, promotion or discount. The Absoluter Discount Pricing is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative product.
10) Absolute Collagen does not accept any responsibility if an Absoluter is not able to accept, use or take up the skincare products that the Absoluter Discount Pricing applies to.
11) If any employees, consultants, officers, agents or any other representatives of Absolute Collagen, or its third-party partners, their family members, or anyone else connected with the administration of the Absoluter Discount Pricing are receiving, or begin to receive at any time, an Absolute Collagen “family and friends” discount, then such parties are not eligible to benefit from the Absoluter Discount Pricing.
12) Absolute Collagen will always use your data responsibly and only collect, store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation including, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR). 13) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Absoluter Discount Pricing Terms or Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here), Absolute Collagen may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from benefiting from the Absoluter Discount Pricing.
14) These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
15) Wherever you live, you can bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the courts of the country you live in. Absolute Collagen can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
