ABSOLUTE REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reward you for your loyalty, Absolute Collagen created the ‘Absolute Rewards’ loyalty reward scheme. This exclusive scheme, (click here) allows an “Absoluter” (as defined below) to benefit from exclusive rewards and receive other gifts and discounts from Absolute Collagen.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, references to the Reward Scheme means the ‘Absolute Rewards’ loyalty reward scheme under which Existing Subscribers and New Subscribers (as defined below) are able to earn certain gifts, discounts and other rewards (as detailed in the Absolute Rewards Terms below). Please see below the full terms and conditions for this Reward Scheme (the Absolute Rewards Terms). The Absolute Rewards Terms incorporate Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here to find those) and the Absoluter Pricing full terms and conditions (click here to find those) but to the extent that these sets of terms and conditions conflict, the aforementioned order shall prevail. For example, the provisions on title and ownership to products in Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions are overridden to your benefit.

Absolute Rewards Terms:

Please note the following definitions used within these Absolute Rewards Terms and above:

• “you” and “your” means an Absoluter;
• “Drink” means Absolute Collagen’s Marine Collagen Liquid Drink for women or Marine Collagen Protein Supplement for men (as applicable);
• “AC-versary” means each period of 12 months from the date on which you purchased your first subscription of the Drink; and
• “Live Subscription” means a subscription to the Drink that has not been cancelled.

 

1)  You shall be automatically entered into the Rewards Scheme, if you:  

a)  either: 

i)  have an with Laceby Ltd t/a Absolute Collagen (“Absolute Collagen”) in the UK for the Drink for either the 14-day subscription box or the 28-day subscription box (as applicable) (Existing Subscriber); or

ii)  you purchase a subscription with Laceby Ltd t/a Absolute Collagen (“Absolute Collagen”) in the UK for the Drink for either the 14-day subscription box or the 28-day subscription box (as applicable) on or after 10^th December 2024 (New Subscriber),

(an Existing Subscriber and/or a New Subscriber shall be an “Absoluter” for the purposes of these Absolute Rewards Terms).  

If you do not fulfil the above condition, you are not an “Absoluter” and shall not be eligible to receive rewards under the Reward Scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, having an on-going subscription(s) to Absolute Collagen products other than the Drink (e.g. Absolute Collagen skin or haircare products) does not make you an Absoluter.

 

2)   Absolute Collagen shall, via email from the official Absolute Collagen email address, hello@absolutecollagen.com, circulate details about the Reward Scheme to you: (i) on or around 10^th December 2024 if you are an Existing Subscriber; or (ii) on or around the date on which you become a New Subscriber (the Reward Scheme Email). Such Reward Scheme Email will be sent to the email address you used to subscribe to the Drink. You will be automatically entered into the Reward Scheme if you are an Absoluter subject to these Absolute Rewards Terms, unless you email: hello@absolutecollagen.com after receiving the Reward Scheme Email to advise that in the Reward Scheme.

 

3)  If at any time an Absoluter cancels all of their subscriptions to the (the date on which the last of those subscriptions is cancelled shall be the “Cancellation Date”):

 

a)  from the Cancellation Date, the Absoluter will immediately be removed from the Reward Scheme and will lose access to all rewards and discounted pricing under the Reward Scheme;

b)  if the Absoluter begins a new subscription to the Drink within 182 calendar days of the Cancellation Date, then subject to clause 1:

i)  the Absoluter will be automatically re-entered into the Reward Scheme;

ii)  the Absoluter’s anniversary of each AC-versary shall restart from such later date;

iii)  the Absoluter will not be eligible to receive the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ as described in clause 5(a); and

iv)  any historical purchases made by the Absoluter from prior to the Cancellation Date do not and shall not count towards additional eligibility criteria for the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ or the ‘AC-versary Gift’ as set out in clause 5(a) and clause 5(b); and

c)  if the Absoluter begins a new subscription to the Drink more than 182 calendar days after the Cancellation Date, then subject to clause 1:

i)  the Absoluter will be automatically re-entered into the Reward Scheme;

ii)  the Absoluter’s anniversary of each AC-versary shall restart from such later date;

iii)   the Absoluter will be eligible to receive the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ as described in clause 5(a); and

iv)  any historical purchases made by the Absoluter from prior to the Cancellation Date do not and shall not count towards additional eligibility criteria for the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ or the ‘AC-versary Gift’ as set out in clause 5(a) and clause 5(b).

 

4)  If an Absoluter has more than one subscription for the Drink:

a).  their deliveries across all such subscriptions will be tracked and counted towards eligibility for the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ or the ‘AC-versary Gift’ as set out in clause 5(a) and clause 5(b); and

b)  and then closes one of those subscriptions, the Absoluter is still entitled to the date of the original anniversary of each historical purchases from the closed subscription will still count towards their tracked deliveries and eligibility for the ‘Collagen Commitment Gift’ or the ‘AC-versary Gift’ as set out in clause 5(a) and clause 5(b).

 

5)  Rewards: Please note that each reward given to an Absoluter under the Reward Scheme (a Reward) is subject to the additional criteria and/or eligibility requirements set out below:

a)  Collagen Commitment Gift

i)  This reward is only available to New Subscribers, and not Existing Subscribers.

ii)  Upon receiving the Reward Scheme Email, the New Subscriber will be invited to choose a “Collagen Commitment Gift” between: (1) Deep Lift Collagen Boosting Serum (RRP £35); (2) Collagen Complex Hair Thickening Shampoo & Conditioner Duo (RRP £34); and (3) Mini Day & Night Cream (worth £50), however, receipt of the Collagen Commitment Gift is subject to the eligibility criteria set out below. The New Subscriber must via the customer account page on the Absolute Collagen website: or using the links within the reminder emails sent to the New Subscriber via email from the official Absolute Collagen email address, hello@absolutecollagen.com. This choice must be made by the New Subscriber prior to the Qualification Date (as defined below).
 
iii)  In order to be eligible for the Collagen Commitment Gift, the New Subscriber must have purchased and received delivery of the following within the first 12 weeks of their subscription for the Drink (note that a ‘delivery’ will be counted based on the transaction date of the order):

1)  if your subscription is for a 28-day subscription box, at least 2 deliveries of 2 boxes of Drink i.e. you receive four boxes of 14 sachets of the Drink (56 sachets in total) over the 12-week period; or

2)   if your subscription is for a 14-day subscription box, at least 4 deliveries of 1 box of Drink i.e. you receive four boxes of 14 sachets of the Drink (56 sachets in total) over the 12-week period.

If the New Subscriber has fulfilled one of the criteria in clause 5(a)(iii) above and the criteria in clause 5(a)(ii), and , then the New Subscriber shall be eligible to receive the Collagen Commitment Gift.

The Collagen Commitment Gift can only be sent out with the New Subscriber’s next delivery of the Drink or any other after the Qualification Date, and will not be sent out as a standalone item. 

For the avoidance of doubt, if the New Subscriber does not have a Live Subscription on the date on which the Collagen Commitment Gift is due to be , the New Subscriber is deemed to have forfeited the Collagen Commitment Gift and it will not be sent to the New Subscriber (irrespective of fulfilling any of the abovementioned criteria). 

b)  AC-versary Gift

i)  This reward is available to all Absoluters.

ii)  Please note the following in relation to additional subscriptions: 

a)  if an Absoluter currently has one subscription to the Drink but opens an additional subscription for the Drink; or

b)  if an Absoluter opens any additional Drink subscriptions and then closes their first subscription for the Drink,

 

iii)  In order to be eligible for the AC-versary Gift on the anniversary of each AC-versary, the Absoluter must have purchased and received delivery of the following within the corresponding AC-versary (note that a ‘delivery’ will be counted based on the transaction date of the order):

1)  if your subscription is for a 28-day subscription box, at least 8 deliveries of 2 boxes of Drink i.e. you receive 16 boxes of 14 sachets of the Drink (224 sachets in total) over the relevant AC-versary; or 

2)  if your subscription is for a 14-day subscription box, at least 16 deliveries of 1 box of Drink i.e. you receive 16 boxes of 14 sachets of the Drink (224 sachets in total) over the relevant AC-versary.

       

For the avoidance of doubt, if the Absoluter does not have a Live Subscription on the date on which the AC-versary Gift is due to be dispatched, the Absoluter is deemed to have forfeited the AC-versary Gift and it will not be sent to the Absoluter (irrespective of fulfilling any of the abovementioned criteria). 

c)  Exclusive ‘Absoluter Discount’: Subject to clause 16, an Absoluter shall have the benefit of the exclusive ‘Absoluter Discount’ pricing when the Absoluter subscribes to any product within Absolute For further details of such exclusive ‘Absoluter Discount’ pricing, please see the Absoluter Pricing full terms and conditions (click here to find those).

d)  Other rewards: Absolute Collagen may communicate to you other rewards such as early access to products and other exclusive discounts from time to time at Absolute Collagen’s sole discretion, and such other rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions which shall also be communicated to you at the time of such communication.

 
6)  No purchase or payment necessary other than what you purchase under your Drink subscription.
 
7)  All Absoluters shall be deemed to have accepted these Absolute Rewards Terms.
 
8)  Absolute Collagen reserves all rights to disqualify an Absoluter from the Reward Scheme if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Reward Scheme.
 
9)  At the time of being entered into the Reward Scheme pursuant to clause 1 above, Absoluters must be UK residents and aged 18 or older.
 
10)  Please note that Absolute Collagen reserves the right to replace any Reward with an alternative reward or rewards where necessary. For example, where Absolute Collagen has discontinued any of the product(s) that constitute the Reward.
 
11)  Absolute Collagen may notify an Absoluter from to time on their progress in relation to the Reward Scheme via email from the official Absolute Collagen email address, hello@absolutecollagen.com and such email will display a progress tracker. However, an Absoluter shall be able to view their progress tracker at all times in relation to the Reward Scheme from their customer account page on the Absolute Collagen website: . An Absoluter should take care to check that it is the official Absolute Collagen email address: hello@absolutecollagen.com that has emailed them informing them of their progress in relation to the Reward Scheme. Absolute Collagen is not liable if an Absoluter provides any details to anyone else.
 
12)  Absoluters should carefully read the packaging of any Reward they receive in order to check that they are not allergic to any ingredients.
 
13)  Delivery
 
14) Any Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize, offer, promotion or discount. Any Reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative product.
 
15)  Absolute Collagen does not accept any responsibility if an Absoluter is not able to accept, use or take up any Reward.
 
16)  Employees, consultants, officers, agents or any other representatives of Absolute Collagen, its third-party partners, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Reward Scheme are eligible to take part in the Reward Scheme. However, if any of the aforementioned parties are receiving, or begin to receive at any time, an Absolute Collagen “family and friends” discount, then such parties can still take part in the Reward Scheme but are not eligible for the Exclusive ‘Absoluter Discount’ referred to in clause 5(c).
 
17)  Absolute Collagen will always use your data responsibly and only collect, store and process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation including, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR). 18)  If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Absolute Rewards Terms or Absolute Collagen’s full terms and conditions (click here) or the Absoluter Pricing full terms and conditions (click here to find those), Absolute Collagen may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from benefiting from the Reward Scheme.
 
19)  These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
 
20)  Wherever you live, you can bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against Absolute Collagen in the courts of the country you live in. Absolute Collagen can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
